This course introduces you to project management in the public sector. It explores ways government agencies use project management across layers of government in order to streamline and deliver services. You will develop specific skills in managing and delivering public projects. Furthermore, you will develop the skills and understanding to plan and scope projects, manage risk, budget, and learn about project life cycle, project procurement, ethics and social responsibility, and project closure in the public sector projects.
