This course provides an introduction to the practice of Family Law for the legal practitioner. The aim is to introduce law students to aspects of family law legislation and cases to assist students to practice in this jurisdiction. The course develops student legal practice skills in Family Law and family dispute resolution and critically engages with law reform options in this jurisdiction. The course also engages with legal practice ethical dilemmas in Family Law.
