Course Summary

This course has been designed to introduce you to the key aspects of pharmacy practice. After successfully completing the course, you should be able to provide care to patients with minor health conditions (under the supervision of a registered pharmacist). During your study, you will learn how drugs and dosage forms work within the body, the mechanisms by which drugs are controlled, and how to assess and advise patients presenting with minor health conditions. You will also be introduced to the frameworks that control the work of the Pharmacy profession.
