It will introduce the fundamental concepts and theories relating to MNEs and analyse the challenges these firms face in relation to strategy and international management. You will have the opportunities to explore, for example, why MNEs exist, how they build competitive advantages across borders, issues arising from the dynamic headquarters-subsidiaries relationships, along with other contemporary topics. By completing the course, you should gain valuable insight into MNEs, identify, and analyse critical managerial problems, and offer practical solutions.
