Course Summary

We all engage with digital settings in our everyday lives. However, professional digital communication requires advanced knowledge and skills to be effective. This course introduces you to professional conduct, key social issues, and creative applications in digital communication. You will develop your understanding of digital communication in professional, industry, societal context, and expand your understanding of how digital platforms and services shape everyday life. You will be introduced to foundational concepts in digital communication and professional practice. You will also develop critical skills for creating and managing compelling digital content, as well as assessing digital issues based on evidence and analysis.
