This course equips you to confidently conceive, lead, and execute digital innovation and AI-driven business initiatives, as well as design and implement new business models for both existing and emerging organisations. You will develop advanced proficiency in digital business strategy in an AI-first world, analysing the commercial and customer drivers of product and service innovation in highly competitive markets.
The course guides you in acquiring the essential elements of AI-enabled product innovation, establishing a digital and AI transformation vision, setting objectives, and critically evaluating the opportunities and risks of AI adoption in business contexts. You will gain exposure to the latest AI-powered innovation tools, digital platforms, operating models, and product development strategies used by leading global corporations.
