Course Summary
Nuclear Medicine requires a detailed knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pharmacology, the equipment used, radiation safety, quality assurance, and patient care. This course builds on the fundamental theories of Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging 1 to further develop your knowledge of the underpinning theory applicable to Nuclear Medicine Practice and the application of this knowledge to practice, across a range of more complex procedures and physiological pathways. . At this level it is expected that you will engage with the literature base to complement your development.
