You will examine how cultural and diversity frameworks shape leadership identity and organisational effectiveness, applying evidence-based strategies to promote collaboration, agility, and ethical decision-making. Additionally, you will evaluate the impact of emerging technologies and sustainability challenges on leadership and commerce, preparing to lead in dynamic and globally connected environments.
