Course Summary
Transforming certain forms of behaviour, and reinforcing others, is a challenge leaders face during periods of organisational change. This course explores interdisciplinary strategies to influence internal behaviour change in response to external drivers. The course will also help you recognise tacit assumptions made when attempting to institute organisational change. By taking this course, you will develop Sustainable Development Goal (SDG)-aware strategic skills useful to tackling today's rapidly changing business context.
This course is focused on practical, strategic steps organisations can choose to embody in times of change. You will formulate, justify, and communicate strategies and solutions at the leading edge of advanced thinking in commerce and research. You will continue to develop real world solutions that incorporate principles of diversity, inclusion, and respect, are culturally aware, and are appropriate for a wide range of multi-cultural contexts including Indigenous.
