Course Summary

This course will give students the opportunity to critically reflect on and consolidate knowledge learned in the Leadership & Strategy Major. You will apply theories, frameworks, matrices, and other tools to solve real world challenges facing contemporary organisations.
This course incorporates Work Integrated Learning (WIL) with an industry partner for a truly authentic and applied experience. By the end of this course, you will be able to critically and adaptively integrate leadership & strategy theory useful for making evidence-based decisions. This course empowers you to effectively manage yourself, teams, and organisations in today's dynamic, multi-cultural, Sustainable Development Goal (SDG)-aware, business context.
You will be asked to draw on all 6 of the AoL capabilities and all your program PLOs as you work through your assessments.
This course is a component of the Leadership and Strategy major.
