Course Summary

This course is an introduction to two streams of specialist study in BP115P26 Bachelor of Graphic Design: Experience Design and Branding. In this course, you will study the fundamental principles and methods of these fields of practice. You will develop your knowledge of graphic design, with a focus on creativity and critical thinking in these areas of specialisation. You will learn essential skills relating to human-centred design and strategic communication. You will explore the key concepts of experience design, such as interaction design principles, and the fundamentals of branding, such as logo design and audience segmentation. This course will support you in deciding which areas of specialisation you wish to pursue as minors or majors.
