The purpose of research is to make a positive impact in the world, and this requires effective research translation and communication.
In this course, you will explore critical issues, innovations and research in the fashion and textiles industry through a series of guest-led sessions. These expert speakers will share their perspectives on the complexities, challenges and emerging opportunities of the industry.
Through these sessions you will also be introduced to the concept of research translation and will consider how research is communicated to a different stakeholder across industry and/or community contexts.
If you are enrolled in this course as a component of your Bachelor Honours Program, your overall mark will contribute to the calculation of the weighted average mark (WAM). See the WAM information web page for more information.
