In this course, you will deepen your understanding of analogue and digital printing technologies focusing on intaglio etching, with an emphasis on incorporating imagery photographically through employing various printmaking processes. Lectures and workshops will provide a mixture of theory and technical skills enabling you to produce artworks and reflect on the role of traditional and electronic print media in contemporary art assisting you to expand the aesthetic and conceptual possibilities of your art practice. Projects will encourage processes of documentation and reflection to inform and extend your studio work.?
