Through Career Development Learning (CDL), you will conduct an inquiry into the social work profession, that demonstrates your achievement of the capabilities of a social work practitioner. Drawing on social work theory and practice, including ethics and values, and your Field Education experiences, you will clearly articulate your own professional identity as a social worker.

Critically, being a good social worker also necessitates important practices that can ensure your sustainability and long-term capacity to work in the profession.
