This course will provide you with an introduction to Radiation Therapy, one of the three divisions of Medical Radiation practice. You will learn the fundamental principles of Radiation Therapy practice, as well as the principles of Medical Radiation Physics that underpin this practice. You will participate in tutorials where the practical aspects of Radiation Therapy will be explored. You will also be introduced to professional practice and patient care including the concept of interdisciplinary collaborative health care in the setting of the Australian healthcare system.
