In this course, you will develop the skills to design ethical and resilient supply chains aligned with sustainability goals. You will learn to create logistics systems capable of adapting to disruptions such as climate change, pandemics, and geopolitical uncertainty.
You will explore how supply chain practices can drive sustainable transformation across value chains, examining the shift from linear models to regenerative systems that restore environmental and social value.
Your focus will be on creating long-term value while reducing reliance on virgin resources, integrating principles of sustainability, circularity, and resilience in global and local supply networks.
Through theory, case studies, and applied projects, you will learn to implement recycling, reusing, and remanufacturing practices while developing strategies to lead transformative supply chain initiatives.
