You will use various tools of reflection as a means of articulating your real-world learning and development, applying models like the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result) and the Gibbs Reflection Cycle.
This course offers formal recognition for authentic self-directed learning experiences that occur throughout your educational journey. You will undertake a minimum of 20 hours voluntary experience where you will complete a range of activities to help develop your interpersonal skills.
