This course will empower you with the mindset, tools, and practical experience to drive profound transformation within organisations and communities, transcending mere sustainability to co-create systems that restore, renew, and enhance social, ecological, and economic vitality. You will gather insights on the psychology of regenerative leadership, revealing how individual and collective mindsets shape systemic change. You will unlock strategies for igniting behavioural shifts within organisations, understanding the powerful levers for transforming culture, decision-making, and action toward regenerative outcomes.
Through a dynamic blend of pre-intensive preparation, an immersive "Apprentice"-style 2-day intensive, and post-intensive reflection, you'll confront complex real-world challenges, dissecting their multifaceted dimensions and collaboratively forging innovative, values-driven solutions. The intensive phase will dismantle your assumptions, sharpen your interdisciplinary thinking, and cultivate your ability to imagine and implement practical, impactful interventions.
