Course Summary

This course offers undergraduates an opportunity to explore global business practices through real-industry projects, working with multinational business, and working across-cultures. Engaging with multinational businesses will enhance the students understanding of regional dynamics and business decision making in an international context.
Students will tackle a selected global challenge with an industry partner with the aim to nurture their knowledge and practical learning. This will be supported by a series of seminars and online modules. Students will learn to navigate unstructured and incomplete information, develop a consulting project and present their findings in formats suitable for professional settings.
Integral to the course is the exploration of business ethics and their role in promoting fairness, inclusivity, and sustainability in global business practices. Students will gain insights into the complexities of making ethical business decisions within a global context. Students will critically reflect on their roles as local, national, and global citizens, considering the broader impact of their actions on communities and environments
