Course Summary

This unit describes the skills and knowledge required to meet the financial responsibilities of a frontline leader in the disability sector. It covers managing resources, budgeting and financial forecasting to achieve the required objectives of an organisation providing services to National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and fee-paying participants. The skills in this unit must be applied in accordance with Commonwealth and State/Territory legislation, Australian standards and industry codes of practice
This program is intended to provide existing and aspiring frontline leaders in the disability services sector with the skills and knowledge needed to successfully lead a team of frontline workers delivering services to National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) participants, while contributing to the growth of their organisation.
