In this course, you will develop the trajectory of your creative practice across digital design, games and animation in relation to responsible practice.
You will engage deeply with what it means to be, know and practice creatively and responsibly in place.
We will start with questions such as; what does it mean to work on Country? Where do you know from? Whose knowledge counts? And, what can we learn from traditional wisdom systems?
On a personal level, you will build resilience, self-awareness and learn to evaluate your own behaviours and practices through a series of expressions of the place, positionality, and ethics of your digital design practice.
You will develop this trajectory with awareness, and in relation to, local and global industries.
You will engage in group activities, discussions and feedback sessions to hone your resilience and communication skills in these discussions, preparing you for professional contexts working with diverse stakeholders.
