Course Summary

In this capstone course, you will build on the skills, knowledge, and ethical perspectives developed throughout your program. 

Working collaboratively, you will apply your learning to conceive, design, and produce a major creative project that critically engages with digital technologies and their cultural, social, and industry contexts. 

You will work through an iterative design process. 

Throughout the course, you will reflect on your progress while collaborating with peers.  

This process will help you demonstrate a professional design practice that embraces sustainability, diversity, and place-based approaches to knowledge. 

The course culminates in a public staging of your work, giving you real-world experience and exposure. 

This is a designated Industry Partnered Learning (IPL) course and you’ll engage with industry, community, and research partners, gaining experience, insights, and feedback that form Work Integrated Learning (WIL).
