Course Summary

In this course, you will be introduced to the essentials of user experience (UX) through the lens of human centred design.

You will explore core topics of UX design and how they link to psychological principles (e.g., motivation, behaviour design).

You will apply techniques for creating digital designs that align with users’ motivations and needs, which you will address with a specific design choice.

You will conduct user research, that will inform the development, testing and iteration of a prototype, which you will then present and further develop based on peer-to-peer critique.

This course is part of the Major: Interactive and Minor: Interactive
