In this course, you will explore principles of video beyond the traditional frame including multi-channel installation, 360 video, cinematic virtual reality, live video-performance, projection mapping, spatial storytelling, and the relationship between the viewer, the screen, and the environment.
You will experiment with how moving images can transform space, create embodied experiences, and engage audiences through storytelling.
You will learn to combine traditional camera and cinematic techniques with immersive video workflows, building your capacity to design and produce audiovisual works that extend cinematic language into experiential and multi-sensory forms.
