Moving beyond the traditional methods of charts, graphs and analytics, this course will teach you to embrace multimodal, experiential approaches to rendering data as meaningful information.
You will create intimate, playful experiences that help people notice patterns in their data and communicate those discoveries in compelling ways across multiple sensory modes, including visual, sonic, physical, and performative forms.
You will develop a critical understanding of how design choices shape interpretation, and how creative storytelling can make abstract information viscerally resonant and actionable.
