Partnerships with families, carers and community stakeholders are central to quality early childhood education and care. In this course, you will examine how socio-cultural, ethical and policy perspectives shape engagement in early childhood settings, including how power, equity and cultural responsiveness affect partnership practice. You will work with authentic cases and key policy documents, including the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF v2.0) and the National Quality Standard (NQS), to evaluate engagement approaches and design an ethically informed partnership strategy for a diverse community. This core Masters-level course supports your leadership capability in community engagement and collaborative practice across early childhood systems.
