This course introduces you to the national and global fashion industry. You will identify key players in the fashion industry and determine how fashion markets are structured and interconnected. Business models are examined to classify various fashion enterprises by the way they operate. You will identify opportunities and challenges by analysing fashion industry and enterprises. You will develop strategies and solutions to contemporary challenges and opportunities faced by fashion enterprises.
This course includes Industry Partnered Learning (IPL) activities, where you will have the opportunity to participate in authentic industry and community engaged activities and tasks to support your professional development and career planning such as Career Development Learning (CDL) and Industry Embedded Activities (IEA).
