Thanks to the internet, a quick web search is all it takes to get access to a dizzying array of information on just about any subject. But actually making good use of that information is a whole other thing – you need to know which sources to trust, how to interpret them, what to pay attention to and what to ignore.
This course gives you a solid grounding in information literacy, giving you all the skills you’ll need to find reliable information, locate credible sources and organise information so you can properly use and reference it – both in your studies and beyond.

- Develop, use and refine appropriate search strategies to locate relevant information.
