When it comes to sustainability, businesses and organisations have a key role to play. But creating and maintaining the kind of change necessary isn't easy. It takes real leadership from someone who understands how real organisational change happens.
This course gives you the skills, tools and strategies you'll need to bring real, sustainable change to an organisation. You'll profile a whole range of approaches taken across different industries, learn to tackle competing interests inside an organisation, and gain practical techniques for measuring how successful your changes have been.
