It's not enough just to have a brilliant idea. To create real change in an organisation, you need to be able to convince people. One of the great secrets of the corporate world is that people make decisions with their gut as much as head and you want to be able to appeal to both.
This course gives you the tools to research and build a convincing business case by focusing on how an organisation measures success and then convincingly sell it, using creative strategies and language to capture people's imaginations, and help your idea break through and get noticed.
