There’s now an urgent call across almost all industries to promote workplace equity, by rectifying the centuries-old gender inequalities that permeate most companies. But the first step is understanding exactly what practices and structures drive those inequalities – so you can take the necessary steps to remedy them.


This course gives you everything you need to know to do a comprehensive gender analysis of any workplace, identifying any problematic practices and structures so you can promote more equitable approaches. You’ll also learn how to explain and promote the gender analysis process, so that you can properly advocate for it benefits for a workplace.

How does it work ?

By completing online activities and assessments, the earner of this credential demonstrated an understanding of how to undertake a gender analysis, and how the results of an analysis can be used to identify practices and structures that cause inequality in a workplace. They also showed the capacity to present and explain the rationale behind doing a gender analysis.
