Housing Advisory Service

Finding accommodation that is affordable, close to your campus and appropriate to your lifestyle is essential to your academic success.

The RMIT Housing Advisory Service provides information, advice and assistance on the accommodation options available to students and other housing related matters. While the service is unable to prearrange accommodation, we provide information so you can choose accommodation that best suits your individual requirements.

We offer a free tenancy service to provide students with information on their legal rights and obligations as a tenant.

New students
If you are a new RMIT student commencing in Semester 2, our meet and greet information sessions provide you with an opportunity to learn more about finding the right accommodation and your rights and responsibilities as a tenant.
