Temporary Welfare Waive Form – Onshore students

If you're an international student aged under 18 and you're currently onshore, you can use this form to apply to stay temporarily with visiting parents rather than your long-term accommodation provider.

Temporary Welfare Waive- Onshore Students

To be completed by a parent, or the approved caregiver on behalf of a parent.
The temporary welfare waiver is intended to allow students to remain with a visiting parent or relative for a short period of time instead of staying each night at the RMIT approved long term accommodation.
Relative must be an immediate family member and over the age of 21. 

All relatives are subject to RMIT approval.

All approvals from RMIT will be provided by email.
