You will study both the challenges and opportunities of AI in the workplace and its impact on leadership and human resource management (HRM) practices such as talent acquisition, team dynamics and performance management. The course will also cover the ethical and social implications of AI adoption and explore strategies for effective integration of AI into the workplace.
