Course Description

In this course you will learn skills and knowledge required to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, management and other industry providers. What you learn in this course applies to a range of health and community service contexts, where you may be required to communicate face-to-face, in writing or using digital media, working with limited responsibility under direct or indirect supervision.
