Course Description
In this unit you will develop the skills and knowledge required to use a range of computer-aided design and drafting (CADD) program functions to produce drawings. You will focus on the technical skills required to operate CADD.

Overview of Assessment
Assessment is on-going throughout the course. Assessment will incorporate a range of methods to assess performance and the application of knowledge and skills.
Assessment tasks are:
- Produce a digital document
- Produce a working drawing

Assessment 1: Folio with Visual Identity
Produce an A4 magazine style folio including all works exercises from 2D Design
Folio should include:
- Professional documentation of all exercises
- Section headings for each work
- Descriptive captions for each work
- A consistently applied visual identity
- A contents page
Visual Identity
Develop and create a branding for yourself as a Visual Merchandiser and apply to your Stage 1 Folio.
