Course Description

This unit describes the performance outcomes, skills and knowledge required to prepare, create and produce components using CAD and CAM technologies for manufacturing processes.

It requires the ability to prepare and set up the environments, use the CAD system to prepare drawings and models, and the CAM system to create code files to then produce manufacturing outputs
