Learn to swim

Improve your swimming technique and water confidence during our five engaging learn to swim sessions at the Melbourne City Baths next to RMIT Melbourne City campus.

Immerse yourself in this unique opportunity to refine your swimming skills, build water confidence, and connect with fellow RMIT students! Limited spots available, don't miss out on this exclusive program designed just for you.

This five-session program is supported by Medibank and designed for students with little or no prior swimming experience, offering expert certified guidance to improve your technique, boost water confidence, and instil essential survival skills. There will be two groups running simultaneously each week, providing tailored instruction for varying levels of swimming abilities.

Whether you're a novice swimmer or seeking to refine your existing skills, our program ensures a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Dates, times, location and registration

Dates:

  • Class 1: Thursday 21 March
  • Class 2: Thursday 28 March
  • Class 3: Thursday 4 April
  • Class 4: Thursday 11 April
  • Class 5: Thursday 18 April

Times:

  • Classes commence at 12noon
  • Duration: 45-60 minutes

Location: Melbourne City Baths, 420 Swanston St, Melbourne VIC 3000 (next to RMIT City campus).
