Free dance classes

Learn salsa, latin, K-Pop and more at free weekly dance classes at City campus.

Dance classes are offered Mondays and Tuesdays throughout semester at the City campus. Classes are weekly and are for beginner and intermediate levels. 

No experience? No worries! Our teachers will show you the basics, and help you learn the moves. We offer a range of dance styles and you can sign up any time.

Salsa

Time: Mondays 12pm

Location: RMIT Active Hub, Building 8, Level 3, City campus

Description: Salsa with a touch of bachata and tango.

Instructors: Hooman and Dalena Ebadi
 

Latin and Ballroom

Time: Mondays 1pm

Location: RMIT Active Hub, Building 8, Level 3, City campus

Description: Mixed styles including Chacha, salsa and rumba.

Instructors: Hooman and Dalena Ebadi
 

K-Pop

Time: Tuesdays 12pm

Location: RMIT Active Hub, Building 8, Level 3, City campus

Description: Learn routines from your favourite K-Pop Artists.

Instructor: Jonathan Liu
 

Hip Hop

Time: Tuesdays 1pm

Location: RMIT Active Hub, Building 8, Level 3, City campus

Description: Choreographed routines and techniques relevant to Hip hop music and culture.

Instructor: Reinhard Gouw

 

Note: All classes are walk-in, no booking required. However pre-registration to program is required to agree to the activity terms & conditions, presenting your registration email to our student casual Dance Reps.
