Purchasing textbooks and equipment for study

Most courses at RMIT require students to purchase textbooks or equipment related to their study.

Here are some places where you can do so:

  • RMIT Bookshop, for textbooks and a wide-range of equipment like glasses and lab coats. You can also search by your course code for a list of required resources.
  • myRMIT classifieds, where you can search for second-hand textbooks sold by other students.

Accessibility and assistive technology

If you are living with a disability, long-term medical condition or temporary illness, the Disability Liaison Unit can support you in your studies, with:

  • reasonable adjustments - changes to the way you are assessed
  • course materials in accessible formats
