The Bachelor of Business (Human Resource Management) provides you with the knowledge and skills in the core areas of business and human resource management to undertake leadership roles where the management of people is central. The program has a strong applied perspective. You will experience dealing with uncertainty, deadlines, and diverse groups of people in authentic and multidisciplinary organisational environments. This will enable you to engage in a critical manner to the challenges and opportunities associated with the management of people and to apply that knowledge in work situations. You will engage with industry experts and undertake case study analysis. This program provides you with a pathway to pursue higher degree learning.
Over the duration of this program you will participate in a variety of learning experiences which are designed to support you in developing skills as Human Resource Management graduate. Learning and teaching approaches for this program may include lectures, tutorials and online self-learning focusing on problem-based learning, work-integrated learning, assignment, projects and examinations.
In the final year of the program, the capstone experience course BUSM2617 Managing People for the Future provides the culmination of the knowledge, skills and applied work practice experiences that prepares you to transit into the business world.
Successful completion of the programme will assist you to obtain employment in a wide variety of organisational settings in occupations such as human resources advisor, health and safety officer, trade union organiser, recruitment consultant, rewards and remuneration advisor, employee relations consultant and learning and development officer.

Trimester 1, 2023 is the final intake for BP276 Bachelor of Business (Human Resource Management).
Minimum Academic Requirements:
Successful completion of Year 12 (or equivalent) in Vietnam with an average of 7.0/10 or above;
Completion of International Baccalaureate (IB) diploma with 25 points minimum;
Completion of Cambridge GCE ‘A’ Levels minimum 7 points for 3 A level subjects;
