New Public Program - Diploma of Business (Frontline Management)

The Business TAFE School, is now offering a new Public Program in the Diploma of Business (Frontline Management).

What is it?

The Diploma of Business (Frontline Management) is a highly sought after, nationally accredited and practical entry level qualification for managers.

Who should attend?

Any first level Manager responsible for the work of others

What will I learn?

The program consists of nationally accredited 'competencies' and covers the following topic areas:

• Manage yourself and your career
• Manage others
• Manage business operations
• Manage change and innovation

Delivery and the cost

Program delivery is flexible and provides:

• The choice of weekend or weeknight face to face workshops at the city campus.
• Self-paced online learning, supported by telephone and e-mail access to RMIT trainers
• Both group and one-on-one coaching and assessment
• Telephone and e-mail support by RMIT while you implement improved management practices in your organisation

The fees are $2,299 for the entire Diploma program and include all the workshops and services listed above.

Mid Year Entry starts June.
