The School of Management offers industry-relevant programs and impactful research in business management, entrepreneurship, and social change.

Welcome from the Dean

The School of Management offers high-quality programs in business management, international business, entrepreneurship, strategy and innovation, and human resource management. Guided by principles of socially responsible management, global sustainability, and an entrepreneurial mindset, we prepare our graduates to thrive in a rapidly evolving world.

Our applied research addresses complex challenges, focusing on people, organisations and work, entrepreneurship and innovation, and social change, ensuring our work creates meaningful, real-world impact.

The development of our programs and activities is informed by prominent alumni and business leaders who sit on our Industry Advisory Board, ensuring our programs are relevant to industry requirements. Active adjunct professors from industry and academia further enhance the work of the School.

Work Integrated Learning (WIL) is embedded across all our programs, enabling students to gain practical experience. This industry perspective provides an invaluable opportunity to build social and professional networks during their studies and gives them a clear edge over competitors in the job market upon graduation.

For our MBA and EMBA students, consulting courses provide hands-on involvement in real industry projects, supported by expert academics, alumni, and industry mentors.

Beyond this, the School also actively engages with the community, schools and education providers, and professional bodies, businesses, governments, and research centres across Australia and our global locations to help run impactful projects, fostering collaboration, and contributing to broader societal and industry progress.
