Course Description
In this course you will gain the skills and knowledge required to research information about legal compliance and ethical practice responsibilities, and then develop and monitor policies and procedures to meet those responsibilities.
This course is assessed with CHCCOM003 Develop workplace communication strategies. Each course is assessed separately.

This course will be a blended delivery online via Canvas/Collaborate Ultra with some face to face demonstration of skills and knowledge and 120 hours of Work Placement

This unit consists of four assessment tasks including knowledge questions, responding to a case scenario, developing a and communicating polices and developing a strategic response., a role play, a community project, a reflection and research project, and placement observation and oral questioning.
