Pathways usually begin with a vocational program that leads to an undergraduate degree.

RMIT's pathway options differ depending on your program. Some pathway programs provide guaranteed entry and credit for prior study and can help reduce your study time. Find options under the 'Pathways' section of each program page.

Pathway options for international students

If you do not meet the entry requirements for your preferred course, you may choose to start with:

RMIT Foundation studies is designed for international students and can guarantee entry into degree and associate degree programs.

Vocational Education certificates, diploma and advanced diplomas help you gain practical skills and provide credit towards RMIT degrees.

An associate degree is a two-year undergraduate university program that may give you credit towards a related RMIT bachelor degree.

As an international student, you will need to meet English requirements. RMIT English Worldwide language programs can help you to improve your English.
