Semester 1 important dates

30 January - 2 June	Teaching period
6 February	Last day to enrol or vary courses
24 February	Semester 1 census date - this is the deadline for key actions such as dropping a course or cancelling your enrolment without financial penalty. Courses discontinued on or before the census date will not appear on your academic transcript.
13 March	Labour Day public holiday
7-14 April	Mid-semester break (includes Easter)
7 April	Good Friday public holiday
10 April	Easter Monday public holiday
11 April	Easter Tuesday RMIT holiday
17 April	Classes resume
5-9 June	Assessment period
2 June	Semester 1 classes end
12 June	Queen's Birthday public holiday
13-16 June	Deferred/supplementary assessment week
19 June - 14 July	Semester break
23 June	Results released
