Whether your interests are creative, sport and fitness or political – there really is a club for everyone at RMIT.
And that’s exactly what was on show across three days of festivities at each Melbourne campus – starting at Brunswick on Tuesday, Bundoora on Wednesday then wrapping up at the City campus on Thursday.
Students enjoyed tumbling and twirling from the RMIT Cheer and Dance Club, and could have a boogie with the RMIT Bundoora Arabic Club.
Keen to keep fit? RMIT Ultimate Frisbee were on hand showing their skills.
Or if something more align to your studies is up your alley, there were a range of academic clubs on hand too including the Students Association of Industrial Design.
And for international students, there were range of clubs to help create a home away from home - such as the RMIT University Malaysian Society.
The three-day event provided an opportunity for new and existing students to learn about the huge range of clubs and societies at RMIT that students can become a part of as well as services available including RMIT Kirrip, How2RMIT, RUSU, Activator, Wellbeing and Safer Community and more.
Patrick Mastalerz, Vice-President of the Cheer and Dance Club was at the Brunswick event on Tuesday.
He explained what being part of an RMIT Club has meant to him.
“I joined this club all the way back in 2018, I did gymnastics...I love to tumble, twirl and flip – it's when I’m happiest."
Patrick said it wasn't only tumbles and twirls that he has enjoyed, it was making life long friendships.
"I found this club and it’s given me such a great support network and outlook on life."
"All that has come out of joining an RMIT Club so I highly recommend checking them out."
