Industrial action impacting release of finalised course results

Industrial action impacting release of finalised course results

There may be a delay to the publishing of some students’ final course results (grades) released on or after 28 May 2024.

Last updated: 10.50am Thursday 30 May 2024

All RMIT students are advised that there may be a delay to the publishing of some students’ final course results (grades) released on or after 28 May 2024.

This is because the National Tertiary Education Union (NTEU) has asked its RMIT staff members to take industrial action, which may impact the entry of students’ final course results.

Please note, this action impacts final course results (grades) only, not results for individual assessments.

What does this mean for students?

Most students will be able to view their final course results via Enrolment Online on or after the result release date published in their relevant important dates, however some students may receive an interim result of ‘RWI’ (Results Withheld due to Industrial action).

It is not possible to know in advance of the result release date if your final course result will be made available or temporarily withheld. Please check Enrolment Online on your result release date to see if your course result is available.

What do I do if I receive an interim result of RWI?

If you receive a result of RWI, please do not be concerned, this is an interim result only.

Please continue to check Enrolment Online – your finalised course result will be entered as soon as possible.

We appreciate your patience as we finalise all course results.
