Course Description
In this course you will gain, skills and knowledge required to investigate photo imaging trends and emerging technologies and assess their creative and commercial applications. Using the knowledge of emerging trends, you will evaluate, plan and implement changes to your workflow, products and technology.

Overview of Assessment
Assessment is ongoing throughout the semester. Your knowledge and understanding of course content is assessed through participation in class exercises, research, oral presentations and through the development, planning and sharing ideas/findings with a panel of industry experts and your peers. Research project based on identifying inspiring trends and emerging technologies used by photographers and evaluating how they have used these trends to enhance their practice.
Assessment Task 3:Elevator Pitch + SWOT Analysis
Due date: WK7
Compete a pitch, SWOT analysis, budget and timeline to realise your folio idea/plan
Assessment Task 4:Proposal & Presentation
Due date: WK15
Reflect on your project A03 and present your final pitch, SWOT analysis, budget and timeline – along with 2 x final folio images (folio ready)
