What's on for the rest of September!

What's on for the rest of September!

RMIT student Emman provides a recap on the month at RMIT so far and a snippet of what's to come!

Spring is here, and in September, RMIT has offered us a rang of activities and events to participate in.

Emman talks through what students have enjoyed so far, and what's to come!

R U OK? Day

I enjoyed coming down to the RUSU Chill ‘n’ Grill on R U OK? Day where students could meet new people, relieve some stress, and have fun over some free food and beverages, therapy dogs, and a DJ booth!

Not only that, but I was also able to speak to students present that day about how they cope with their mental well-being.

R U OK? Day also offered students the chance to engage in several other events, including a Creative Art Therapy workshop with Art therapist Michelle Morgan, Speedfriending with RMIT Kirrip, and Take a Mindful Moment, a 60-minute webinar by RMIT Counselling.

If you missed out, there's still plenty to look forward to for the rest of the month!
